Colonel Carol G. Elliott, PhD, CRNA, RN served for a total of 22 years in the United States Air Force Reserves. She was a combat flight nurse for 15 years stationed with the 36 Aero Evacuation Flight at Richards Gebaur Air Force Base assigned to C-130 aircraft and was deployed to active duty during Operation Desert Storm. During Dr. Elliott’s tenure with the 36 AEF she was a flight instructor and Director of Training. She served seven years in the 442nd Medical Evacuation Hospital at Whitman Air Force Base and retired at the rank of Colonel. |
